Your All-Inclusive Wedding Package Includes:

 

Primping

  • Included in our package is our beautiful bridal suite two hours before your ceremony.

  • Included in our package is our groom’s suite two hours before your ceremony. This suite includes a private patio , pool table and deck overlooking the gorgeous mountains.

  • Add Cottage Amore to your package, and arrive as early as 6:00 am. Along with Cottage Amore, enjoy our charming beauty cottage under the oak tree for all your hair and makeup needs. Please inquire for more information on how to book Cottage Amore.


Vows

  • One hour rehearsal scheduled with our Bridal Assistant prior to your event

  • One hour questionnaire (Planning) meeting with our Venue Manager

  • Bridal suite two hours prior to your event

  • Bridal Assistant, Groom Assistant and Venue Manager for your wedding day

  • Professional DJ to provide ceremony music

  • Set up of white padded chairs in garden or barn

  • Elegantly displayed drinking water

  • Beautiful white parasols and/or fans to keep your guests cool

  • Gift table and sign in area

  • Golf cart shuttle to and from ceremony site for guests needing assistance


Personal Florals

  • Work personally with our talented florist and choose your own flowers and style

  • Bridal bouquet

  • Bridesmaids bouquets (3)

  • Groom's boutonniere

  • Groomsmen boutonnieres (3)

  • Parent flowers (2 sets)

  • Flower girl petals

  • Ring bearer boutonniere


Wedding Cake

  • Meet with our talented baker

  • Choose from an array of delicious flavors to satisfy you and your party

  • Determine which style to embellish your beautiful cake


Cocktail Hour on the Terrace

  • An assortment of premium cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit, olives, nuts, dried fruits, salami, crackers

  • Chef's seasonal tray-passed appetizers (two)

  • A tray-passed premixed signature cocktail provided by you

  • Complete bar service (if chosen $500 see below)

  • Baby Grand piano and pianist during cocktail hour

  • Beautifully designed outdoor bar


Bar Service $500.00

  • Bartender

  • Bar setup and cleanup

  • Glassware for wine, beer, champagne and signature cocktail

  • Corking and tray passing your signature cocktail, champagne and/or apple cider

  • Service of your beer and wine

  • All alcohol provided by the bride and groom (Pre-mixed Cocktail, Champagne, Beer, and Wine)


Reception

  • Bridal Assistant and Venue Manager

  • Set up of tables and chiavari chairs in reception

  • Two possible table arrangements:

    • Round tables with ivory tablecloths

    • Rectangular rustic handmade wooden tables and square tables with burlap runners

  • Head Table Setting (if desired)

  • Sweetheart table for Bride and Groom (if desired)

  • Elegant china

  • Silver, gold, rose gold or brown rattan plate chargers

  • Flatware, water and champagne glasses

  • Patio heaters (8) in reception area (upon request)

  • Catering including appetizers and 2 main entrees; see menu below

  • Cake for the number of guests displayed on an elegant wine barrel or round table with cloth

  • Professional DJ during ceremony and reception (5 hours)

Appetizers

  • Assorted cheeses, crackers, fresh grapes, hard salami, olives, assorted nuts and dried fruit

  • Chef's choice seasonal appetizer tray passed


Our Dinner menu includes:

  • Salad: Seasonal (please inquire with the office for seasonal offerings)

  • Exquisitely seasoned meat to hug your taste buds with every bite. This includes both chicken and tri-tip steak rotisseried to perfection on site.

  • Grilled crisp asparagus and sautéed petite carrots

  • Skin on garlic mashed potatoes

  • Freshly baked dinner roll


Drinks

  • Water, iced-tea, lemonade, and hot coffee/hot tea served with dessert

  • Your beautifully designed cake or cupcakes that you have chosen for all of your guests to enjoy
